How To Join the 2024-2025 Mentorship Program
All eligible staff members can serve as a mentor, mentee or both. To serve as both a mentor and a mentee, please complete both applications. Applications for mentors and mentees will open in fall 2024. Pairs will be matched based on application responses for professional goals and interests. Mentors will receive resources and support from our Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives.
Mentorship pairing will begin fall 2024 and end in summer 2025. After pairing, mentors and mentees will complete and sign an agreement outlining expectations for the academic year. Mentors and mentees should meet for at least one hour each month. Meal cards will be provided for lunch meetings on campus. Discussion suggestions for meetings will be provided, but meeting topics should be based around mentee goals. Additionally, Leadership & Organizational Development will host periodic events for staff participating in the mentorship program.
